In the Western world, we tend to share life with a continuous sense of loss, sadness, fatigue, boredom and anxiety.

To overcome each of these feelings, we were taught to use drugs and introduce bad habits into our lives, rather than trying to solve the problem. We prefer to hide the pain; increases suffering and creates more dissatisfaction.

Don’t be so picky about life. Sickness, suffering and death are, of course, part of life; we must learn to accept and remain in the present, in the here and now.

Don’t try to lead a perfect life. Overcoming difficulties gives us great learning.

When you accept the imperfection of life, you will suffer less disappointment, in this way you can release your intuition and put aside daily stress and unpleasant experiences.

Anitya or ephemeral means that life is constantly moving.

According to Buddhism, we cannot go back in time or visit the future, all this is an illusion.

Every morning, when you wake up, you’ll notice that this has changed a little compared to the day before. Biologically, we grow and continue to change every day, as do our thoughts and consciousness.

If you realize that everything changes, the daily discomfort you may feel will begin to fade.

If we believe that there is nothing that lasts forever, we will realize that evil is also ending.

But what happens when you are happy? You don’t want this day to end, are we really afraid of what might happen?

Let’s look at this situation differently: if happiness can end, let’s enjoy it.

If you can understand the impermanence of life and its positive side, you will feel free.

All we have is the present

Enjoy and celebrate the changes. Don’t be afraid things will disappear someday.

They say that everything negative disappears from our lives and that everything great and good will reach your heart if you know how to feel and rejoice.

You and your essence are the best gifts you can offer, enjoy and learn to be yourself every day of your life.

In our Western culture, we learn to feel that there is a “real self,” but we don’t know where.

Buddhism is based on the fact that there is no “constant self”. If you understand that everything changes, accept that we also change every day.

We won’t be the same unless that’s the intention, and our lives will never change for the better if we try too hard.

Focus your energy on reinventing yourself every day, rather than trying to find your “true self. “

There is no ‘constant self’, but an ‘I’. Here and now, a self that can change at any time, because our emotional states change.

Enjoy your life today; tomorrow everything will be different, at every moment you are a different person with the power to achieve everything you desire, fullness and inner peace.
