How many times have we heard some people complain over and over again, with or without reason, about the difficulty in their lives, their bad luck, and the complexity of going out and fighting for the world day after day?
The complaint is undoubtedly the mother of the emotional problems we have today, of course if we stopped complaining as much about what isn’t working as we’d like and focus more on all the joys we have, we wouldn’t be so bitter.
We live in a time when the more things and facilities we have, the more unhappy we are.
We are used to making a drama when this need invented by ourselves is not satisfied, so we complain again and again without seeking a way out, because the complaint is useless, besides sinking even den more into bitterness.
Complaining is useless and a waste of time
Don’t I ever think about doing that again?
? Stephen Hawking?
? They always think negatively
People who complain all the time are never satisfied with anything, they want something, they complain if they don’t get what they want and when they get it, they find another reason to complain.
Even if the situation in which they live is positive or they have achieved great personal or professional gains, will they still have the complement? Yes, but ?? This attitude makes them never enjoy anything and brings bitterness to their life and to those around them.
? They’re not looking for solutions
It’s much easier to complain or criticize what hasn’t worked because I’d like to look for solutions to change what’s possible to change.
Finding solutions to problems means no longer being a victim of victimism and starting to fight for what we want, even if it’s an effort that many people aren’t willing to make.
? They’re gossip and they criticize everything
People who complain often criticize everything about others, it is the product of your own misfortune and desire, remember that we always criticize our own faults in others.
Certainly, the problem is not in criticism or in the fact that this happens, but in themselves, that they do not know how to appreciate or appreciate the good things of others and of life in general.
Their attention is totally focused on what they consider negative, without being able to see the positive side of everything.
? They don’t accept that there are things that can’t be changed
For these people, there is no acceptance. They cannot tolerate things not going the way they want and tell themselves that it is unbearable, intolerable or horrible for the world to function as it does.
The result is an aggravation of problems without being able to find a solution, causing anxiety and suffering that are difficult to manage.
The complaint ends when the person feels tired or bored complaining and realizes that in addition to being very irritated, they can’t get anything out of it.
1. Stop judging everything that happens: you are not a judge of anything or anyone, so the smartest and sensible thing to do is to keep your mouth shut from time to time and adapt to the circumstances. Also, before you judge, look in the mirror: you’re not perfect either.
2. – Promote acceptance in your life: acceptance is a balm to achieve inner peace and mental health, if we realize that there are different situations, people or acts over which we have no power or control, we will learn to stop having expectations and accept everything as life gives us.
3. Keep negative thoughts away: words are the product of our thoughts, from what we tell ourselves, if we know how to combat negative and irrational ideas, it will be very difficult to fall into victimization, criticism and continuous complaints.
The key is to confront our ideas with reality and realize that it is often us who anticipate, generalize, and make things worse.
4. Focus on the positive: everything has its good side, but it seems that we are not able to focus our attention on everything good around us.
If you make a conscious effort and start listing everything that is positive in your life, you will find that there are more pleasant and good things than you imagined.
Practice these tips daily and you’ll see how, little by little, your life will start to change.
Remember that change always starts in ourselves, it doesn’t start there. Complaining about the world will be useless; Start loving life as it is!
