How much time do you spend exclusively on yourself? That’s a question we all have to ask ourselves, many of us should probably answer by saying that we rarely focus on ourselves, time and life are devoted to topics that receive more attention than desired, so it’s so important to do a meditation retreat from time to time.
A meditation retreat is a time when you’re away from home or workplace. The main goal is to think of yourself, in your life. The basic activity is reflection, and the fundamental motivation is to get to know you better and evaluate how you feel.

We spend much of our time surrounded by other people, so we focus on the interactions we have with them, we monitor others: what they tell us, how they see us, how they respond to us, etc. , we looked outside.
In a meditation retreat, these external stimuli disappear because we distance ourselves from others. We’re alone with ourselves.
