Empathy is a concept that is part of emotional intelligence and we all know and appreciate it, however, we are not putting it into practice as much as we should, it is easier to put ourselves in the shoes of people who convey positive feelings to us. We identify with them and the level of understanding and intimacy is higher.
But why not try to empathize with someone who bothers us?For example, that boss who doesn’t respect you, the co-worker who always speaks ill of others and just looks for trouble. Try to put yourself in place and you’ll be able to figure out what’s behind this behavior. Can insecurity, low self-esteem? Try it, it can be a good learning.
