One day, Margaret Manning decided to quit her job and create Sixty and me, a community for women over the age of 60.
His proposal opened the minds of many women, making them question the purpose and meaning of their lives, in particular, he realized that doubts were usually present in women who were around the age of 30.

1- Remember that you only have one life; and it’s not a general rehearsal.

7- Learn to live in the moment. If you can do this while you’re young, it will help you a lot when you’re 60.
8- Life is too short to worry about something that will happen in the future. Carpe Diem.
9- Go out and enjoy nature!
10- Find a hobby or a job that makes you experience the different sensations of each stage of your life.
11- Be yourself. Aging with dignity.
12- Focus on aging in a positive way; Don’t try to avoid it
13- Accept changes in your body and mind as you mature.
14- Always be honest with yourself. Life is a slow learning process, but it’s worth it.
15- Keep your memories, but don’t be too much yourself

17- Forget about society’s stereotypes about aging.
18- Don’t worry about aging. Worrying about boredom
