What it should be is, in due course and for the time being, because fate is uncertain and sometimes the winds simply do not blow in our favor, and our sails are not ready to be ized, despite our efforts.
They say that the best things are not planned, that they just happen and that it is better not to rush, because if something really happened, it would happen one way or another and if something does not have to be done, it is not simple.
- That’s why.
- From time to time.
- It’s good not to plan or wait.
- To stop demanding reasons to go down an unclear path and to detach yourself from the world of expectations and planning.
The fact that things are simpler than it seems at first glance opens up a wide range of possibilities to enjoy life from a different angle, much more relaxed and worthy of our well-being.
We all probably agree that we are the product of our circumstances and desires; However, sometimes the two are incompatible or we find it difficult to digest the consequences that come with it, which generates anxieties that distress us and, as they say, make our existence difficult.
On this occasion, it is good to remember a famous Arabic proverb that contains a foolproof logic: if you have a solution, why worry?, and if there is no solution, why worry?
It is true that yes, it seems obvious that one should not worry about what one cannot solve, but relaxing, letting himself be carried away and staying calm can be practically impossible at times.
So perhaps what we should learn is that there are certain things that are beyond our control and that, on many occasions, letting life flow and accepting circumstances is the best option available.
We are what we digest, the stones on which we fall, the wounds that we cannot heal from and the tragic end of our lives, we are not only smiles, joys or truths, we are also lies (those who tell us and those to tell), we are the critics and tears that we do not cry.
That’s why it’s hard to understand everything that makes us, but that doesn’t mean we have to distrust happiness or simply the victims of life.
It is not a question of believing or not believing in fate, but of letting ourselves be surprised by the circumstances and thus opening the windows of emotional tranquility to revive our feelings.
Occasionally we need to escape ourselves and our expectations, that is, wash our minds to change perspective, count to ten and fill our lungs with oxygen.
This will help us not to miss the train and not to regret what we have lost because of our restless mania of scoring the texts in a hurry with the pen. When there is a period, that is, but the suspension points, commas, and semicolons are respected.
They say that what does not kill strengthens, and that it is precisely this impulse that helps to walk barefoot kilometers and kilometers of stone paths. The truth is that the key is to review our mistakes and enjoy the winds of change.
Remember that parts of yourself that you don’t normally connect lose the strength they need to activate, so don’t let life go by while you see your watch’s battery drain, don’t go back.
Go on, learn to relax, look with magnifying glass at the thoughts that arise and contemplate life patiently, do not try to plan every millimeter of your journey, sometimes we just need to stir the camera and let ourselves be carried away by the victims of life.
