Being conscious comes to pain and a liberating awakening

Consciousness is like a movement of thought where will, desire, emotions and feelings occur, to be conscious implies pain, that is why it is something that we avoid, is to see ourselves face to face with ourselves, with what we do not want to see, what we reject and angry with others.

The problems we face are not separated from us; we’re actually the problem itself. Problems exist when everyone doesn’t know each other. They come from our lack of understanding with our conscious and unconscious.

  • Awakening our consciousness means starting a process in which we will feel uncomfortable.
  • Because we will have to move away from our preconceived ideas and beliefs.
  • Relearn to expand our mindset.
  • Perspectives and beliefs.

Our ego, formed by pride and all our childhood behaviors as adults, represents a prison from which it is very difficult to escape, we believe that we are free and we believe that we decide at all times what we want to do, however, we are slaves of our lack of conscience and clarity to know ourselves.

Consciousness and clarity initially involve pain, as we suppress everything we have avoided, we see the damage we have done to ourselves and others, and our lack of responsibility to face all that has been a consequence of our attitudes and thoughts.

It is much simpler, no doubt, to remain in the dark about who we are, this is what we are getting used to and, in this way, we act blaming others and the circumstances of everything that happens in our lives. don’t even question our attitudes or thoughts about what we’re going through.

When we are really prepared to take responsibility for our lives, the process of consciousness begins, facing recognition of our fears, our difficulties, our emotions, our limits, our relationships, our prejudices, our beliefs and our behaviors.

We understand the whole repertoire of which we are a part, how we relate to ourselves and others, thus identifying everything we do as our own, especially what affects us and is painful.

This process is not something theoretical, but something exerient in which we settle in our present, accepting and integrating our entire repertoire of current behaviors, so we have abandoned our comfort zone, and the childish attitude that makes us incoherent and irresponsible in the circumstances we live. Face.

In this awakening of consciousness that involves pain, especially at the beginning of the process, we address all our aspects, considering our lights and shadows, integrating our entire repertoire to allow us to truly be who we are and better understand each other.

It is often the same situations in life that confront us with circumstances and phases in which we find ourselves unable to move forward and resolve our conflicts. It is the difficult phases we face in our lives that will lead us to begin the process of consciousness. .

We must become aware of ourselves, free ourselves from our repressions, from the guilt that haunts us, and from toxic conflicts in our relationships with others and with ourselves, we must learn to differentiate between what depends on us and our responsibility, committing ourselves. for our well-being and care.
