Being smart is the same as being stupid

Being good is not synonymous with stupidity, according to a survey of the Asturian Society of Psychiatry, being good is profitable because it brings us emotional well-being, human values act in this case as protective factors.

There are ten values ​​applicable to all crops considered good: goodness, universalism, independence of thought, leading an exciting life, hedonism, personal achievement or success, more traditional power, and values ​​such as security, conformity and tradition.

Society needs exemplary behaviors of each of its individuals: free from the judgment of people who have made mistakes in the past. This is the only honest way to ensure a better future.

Every gesture of kindness is a demonstration of power. Being a supportive person does not imply greater tolerance for what is wrong, or agreeing with what is inappropriate, but rather a desire to do good. Remember, you’re as good as you can. you’ve done it in your life.

The best way life rewards good people is gratitude, a compliment means that they recognize our efforts, affection means that our company is grateful to others, thank you means that we can be useful to others, whether with our own words, attitudes or behavior. The three elements at once (fulfilled, loving and grateful) allow us to have ever closer relationships.
