Clear emotions

It all started a month ago. I started tidying up the kitchen drawers, and after storing them I realized that the shelf of the crockery was messy, so I did it and soon ordered the whole house, I stood there reorganizing the place where I live, where Como, I sleep, dream, I get excited, where I organize my work

After so many days preparing, I realized that I also do this cleaning automatically in my life, in what I do, think, feel and say. My brain has been programmed for a few years to self-clean.

  • So I’m becoming more and more sure of the quality and I need to do this job of cleaning and ordering life.

  • You need to get your mind used to it.
  • Creating a good habit of staying.
  • This process is not easy to achieve.
  • But gradually becomes more automatic.

One of the important things we have to do is put aside negative emotions, that bad habit of thinking that everything we do is going to end badly, rejecting all the skills we have, being negative is like boycotting one’s dreams themselves.

It is not difficult to put aside the bad for us; It is very possible to start with a different attitude, I know from experience. We have to believe more in ourselves, because we have no idea what we’re capable of.
