Living with the next moment, living connected to the ‘must’, or ‘I have to do’, living disconnected from yourself or everything around you. Stop, look, feel, you’re here now, enjoy it. The legend of the Agora tells that humans did not walk and lived several times with birds called “Agora”. They stayed with them day after day with their songs on their heads and feathers on their bodies.
Every time humans saw a beautiful landscape, talked to someone or felt something special, Agora would pat them on the head and sing, so that people would become aware of that moment and keep the memory, enjoy the gift and be happy.
- The Agoras fed on the emotions that these moments provoked and managed to live more intense lives for the humans who accompanied them even though they did not have high-resolution screens and many colors.
- So there came a day when something changed and people began to live other birds.
- One with black feathers (front) and another with white feathers (after).
Gradually, the birds lose their singing and whispers until they run out of voice, moments of consciousness are lost. But the legend does not end there, even if the Agoras no longer fly around us or their singing has lost strength, they continue to live in each of us, waiting for us to be aware at every moment of what we feel and appreciate.
We live back and forth, marked by schedules, obligations, meetings, children have their full-time work on activities and then the famous phrase that we’ve all heard appears: “I don’t have time. “it’s for you and you have to go get what it gives you, it’s true that many times it surprises us, but there are more opportunities when we find what we’re looking for.
So, if I can’t change my schedule, I have to change the way I view this schedule. Be aware of my Inner Now so I can be wherever I am, connect with my mind and body, and not rush or think. about the next one.
Is it the bird of the after, or the whispers of the past?fail to turn off the voice of our immediate consciousness. Let us strive to bring this corner of the present into our minds and value what we have at all times. Think that the more we nurture your influence, the more you’ll be with us.
Every day is a new beginning and gives us the opportunity to live another present moment, save yesterday, let ourselves be surprised by the after and feed ourselves from now on. Keeping memories in memory requires living them and being moved by them. If I sit here and now, I’ll create the situation so I can create a good brand on me that I can access later.
If, on the other hand, I live in a hurry, non-stop and without feeling every moment, I do not have the opportunity to see and observe where I am, how I feel, what are the sounds that surround me right now, because I ‘am smiling or because I have felt butterflies in my stomach, and most importantly: if I am where I want to be.
I connect, I stop and I feel. I love life and I’m emotional, I laugh and I record in my memory. I manage to isolate myself from the outside and live this very moment, now I can continue with others. Living close to the present that makes us enjoy every moment, time does not exist without me, it is I who gives meaning to time and I make mine, if we can be aware of ourselves at every moment, we can make the most of every second.
