Where is the desire to keep fighting when I think I’ve already gotten to the bottom? Why do I still have the strength to continue even though I don’t think I’m going to beat what’s to come?Is that my strength greater than I think? These will be some of the questions we ask ourselves when suffering invades us.
The human strength and the ability to overcome and survive is an incredible thing, we are willing to endure more pain than we think and to continue to find motives even if our forces weaken and everything darkens to keep walking. knowing how or when, we find ourselves building our way despite the deep pain we feel inside. Our resilience has no limits.
- But where do these forces that make up us come from?Their refuge is our interior.
- What happens is that sometimes they are masked.
- Which makes it difficult for them to meet.
- And other times they are subtly shown.
- In any case these forces are there one way or another.
- Even when needed.
- Helps you know how to use them or make them appear.
Our survival instinct is responsible for activating them, as well as all our resources to propel us to overcome any extreme situation we face, but to do so we must listen to our emotions to decipher what they ask of us and act accordingly.
? Don’t give up, don’t give up
Even if the cold burns
Although fear bites,
Even if the sun goes down and the wind stops
There’s still fire in your soul
There’s still life in your dreams
Because every day is a start
Because this is the time and the best time,
Because you’re not alone
Why do I love you. ?
M. Bennedetti-
When pain invades your body and you feel like you have nothing to do, don’t give up and keep fighting, keep finding a reason for all your questions and, if you can’t, find out why. and coming out, don’t stop trying and learning from every mistake we make, listen and feel our emotions.
We may find no reason today, but who knows if you won’t find them tomorrow?Every day is a new story and even if sometimes you can’t decide how to finish, you can decide what the new beginning will be like.
Spend! Breathe, fill your lungs with air, jump and fly. If you need to come back, let it be just to get a boost, weave your wings and get stronger by learning everything you’ve been through and when you’re ready, dare to jump. Don’t stop fighting because you have all the strength and resources to deal with everything that happens, you just have to find them.
So do not forget to allow yourself these days to find your loneliness and give way to your sadness and fears, they are also necessary, and then get up and realize your full potential.
If you still don’t feel strong after the pain, rest a sure that you’re not alone, find someone to rest with and be a haven for you, this will certainly help you get up and regain strength to follow. Because knowing when to ask for help and be guided is for brave people.
So whenever you need to let yourself help, forget about your fears and lean on each other’s shoulders, take your hand and get rid of everything that weighs on to move on. Never stop believing this will happen because if you dream, believe it. and act, you’ll be closer and closer to reaching it.
Don’t give up hope, but keep working to find internal resources. Trust your potential.
Remember that there is no end without beginning, light without darkness, standing if it has not fallen before, nor strength if it is not sought and not even the will if we do not try to find it within ourselves. Adversity makes us grow if we understand the balance that balances them.
Go ahead, find strength and make an effort! Get up, shake the dust and keep walking because it’s worth it. Remember that life goes on, time goes on and you’ll be telling your story. The force is in you, don’t give up.
