Many times in our lives we leave problems unresolved and solve them later, it can be a small task, a small step towards a goal or an important decision to make, we can live accumulating tasks, obligations or desires.
However, time passes and what we said we were going to do one day is unresolved and without a specific date, becoming a “Do I have to?”Endless, this behavior may not cause many problems, but in others it may be too late.
- It is true that our day to day can be overloaded with things to do.
- That prevent us from getting everything forward.
- After all we are neither superheroes nor superheroes.
- It is normal that sometimes we cannot solve everything.
- So it is better to do it less things with quality than to do many things without being able to dedicate ourselves to it.
But when we leave a lot of things for later and they accumulate, we can feel high levels of anxiety and discomfort because of the concept we have of ourselves, we are anxious when we leave many doors un closure and cables unteated.
We can also make the mistake of overestimation of the time and effort we believe will be needed to do something. You might think it’s going to take longer than you really need. Sometimes we take more time thinking about doing something than doing something.
Too late is a concept that applies only to things that are already definitive.
Almost all of our choices go through a logical decision-making process, with the influence of our emotions, of course. The truth is that sometimes thinking a lot means that we imagine the possible ends and, almost always, they are all bad.
And so we see the days of thinking that the day will come when something will change without getting up from the couch and of course, that day will never come. Knowing that everything is possible in our hands, if we are responsible for the start-up.
Time is also not an important value. It is true that there are unrecoverable things that have already happened, we can only learn from them with the conviction that we all make mistakes, but it is never too late to change the things that we can still solve, just try.
Talk to someone we’ve spent a lot of time with without talking, resolving past conflicts, regaining the passion or pastime that made us happy, or making the dreams we have come true; all this is only possible if we move.
Sometimes you stop so long to contemplate a door that closes that you see another that opens too late.
A habit is a custom or practice acquired through the frequency of repetition of an act. We can develop healthy and beneficial habits, or habits that do not favor us at all. Secrecy is at the beginning and, above all, in perseverance.
Habits occur because the brain is always looking for a way to save energy, because its natural tendency is to turn almost all situations already experienced into a routine. The problem is that the brain does not distinguish between good and bad habits.
Here are some tips for creating a habit
