The feeling of failure is often intense, painful and sometimes beneficial for personal performance. We suffer from failure, but we learn a lot from it if we face this experience with determination, courage and desire to win.

On the other hand, it is normal for the person, after the first few moments, to reason about the reasons for his failure, and then overcome it and prevent it from reproducing, the too intense reaction that lasts a long time or becomes unproductive is abnormal.
When reacting to failure, personality is one of the main factors to consider, in this sense, strong and mature personalities are characterized by the implementation of all their defense mechanisms and the positive overcoming of failures.
Weaker, unsafeted personalities often collapse into relatively small barriers and need much more support from the outside to overcome them.
On the other hand, there are feelings of failure that are not justified, are imaginary failures, things can go relatively well and yet we feel depressed and sunk, unable to solve any setbacks.
There are times when we feel that we are failing and failing in general or in something very concrete, so we are talking about an imaginary failure. This sense of failure begins with feelings of inferiority and disability, or accompanies depressive attacks.
The truth is that, during depression, there is a shipwreck of life that can be accompanied by this feeling and that falls within the realm of pathology. There are no valid arguments: the starting point of this sentiment is neither real nor logical.
Failure syndrome is the permanent feeling of having failed, if nothing has been achieved, the loser feels that he has no chance. This syndrome affects the past, the present and remains in the future.
This may be the result of both real and imaginary reasons, but the result is always that the person feels dissatisfied with himself and her life. An almost expected reaction is to immerse yourself in frustration, resignation and abandonment.
It is one of the most daunting experiences anyone can have, and the person becomes an inoperable being, disappears into sadness and inability to overcome.
The person who fails loses the initiative, the ability to fight, the resistance to contingencies, falls into depressive phases and may wish to die. Alcoholism and drug abuse often become the only escape routes.
In the face of failure, there are those who feel sunk and defeated and who take the strength of weakness and soon return to the track. Failure is not the end of the world, nor the end of what has failed. This is the beginning, point to overcome.
We need to analyze failure and discover its causes, these causes can be exaggerated goals, little or no effort invested, little preparation, excessive demands, etc. It’s best to know your own mistakes, correct and overcome your flaws, and plan new behaviors and action strategies.
