The spirit corrupts love; thinking about what love means makes it a problem. We try to give it an intellectual sense, but finding love goes beyond what we understand for reason. I invite you to feel, live and experiment.
Our thoughts are responsible for turning the beautiful and sublime into a problem, we complicate our lives trying to control and make sense of everything, we seek comfort, comfort, security and stability, and we get lost in this senseless quest not to let ourselves be seen and accepted by life as it is.
- We live in fear of losing what we believe to be ours.
- We live in fear.
- Believing that we can avoid pain and not feel old wounds.
- We are under the illusion that we can escape suffering.
- But all we can do is escape.
“I realize that if I were stable, careful and static, I would live in death. So I accept confusion, uncertainty, fear and emotional ups and downs, because that is the price I am willing to pay for a smooth experience, rich and exciting life.
-C. Rogers-
There is no need to seek love, it is everywhere, love happens when we have the courage to change our mental attitudes, when we are able to admire things as they are, without the constant attempt to give them an explanation.
Can we be surprised and amazed by the beauty of people, art, nature, ideas, attitudes, smells, tastes, caresses, words? Contemplating the beauty of everything around us calms our mind and opens us to sensations: to experience our senses to experiment with reasoning.
Fears, beliefs, demands, uncertainties, expectations, all this prevents us from feeling that life is a gift, we need to calm the mind and let ourselves be carried away by sensations without any fear, to realize how beautiful everything is. Finding what you love, can be easier than you think.
“Wherever we look, we see that the real obstacles to peace are the will and feelings of men, human convictions, prejudices, and opinions. If we want to get rid of wars, do we have to get rid of all their psychological causes?
-Aldous Huxley-
We have all experienced this innocent beauty in childhood: the ability to surprise and admire everything around us, the enthusiasm to explore and experiment, so that we can observe without intervening.
In adulthood, every essential repertoire with which you learn to love life deteriorates, creates many mental barriers and places many obstacles to discover what you really like.
“In passion there is no demand, then there is no struggle; in passion there is not the slightest intention to come true, then there is no frustration or pain. Passion is the freedom of the” I “, then passion is the essence of Life is this thing that moves and lives, but if the thoughts of achievement and power interfere, then the passion stops?
-Krishnamurti-
Love is a state of being, everything you have learned from your life experiences, your attitude to life, the path you have come by, and your personal growth. It allows you to find what you love, and when you do, unlimited energy fills you up and falls in love.
The passion for what we do, the passion with which we relate, the passion with which we appreciate what we love, full of love our daily life, the passion for life is a state in which we feel realized and realized.
So when you find what you love, dive deep and let yourself be infected by all its essence.
It is worth living this passion for life, if only for a few moments, to observe the beauty of things without comparing them with anything, without intervening, without having to give explanations or a name, simply to observe, admire, enjoy and love.
