This article was written for people who have lost their joy, we have all met someone who claims to be disappointed, who no longer feels joy at all and who says that everything good in his life is over, his hopes are gone.
Different things may happen, but the most common thing is the accumulation of problems in many areas of life. When we have a problem in one area of life, if the other areas go well, the joy does not cease.
Take as an example a person who normally needs to be well in different areas to feel happy. These areas are:
? Love: having a relationship that fills it both sexually and emotionally;
? Friendly: Genuine friendships with which the person feels comfortable
? Work: work you love and well paid, to the point of allowing independence;
? Family: get along with the family and feel desired and accepted;
? Fun: Practice leisure activities and activities that bring happiness.
If a person does well in all these areas and suddenly someone fails, such as losing their job, for example, the sadness will be short-lived; the person will be able to recover quickly, because he has other areas in which he can count, for example, a love that loves him and a family that supports him.
The problem arises when almost all areas begin to fail, work is lost, the relationship is over, friendships stop satisfying, the family begins to be a problem and the fun is left out, because the demotivation is to stay.
When this happens, you can completely lose your joy, because there is nothing else to hold on to, and every human being needs something in his life that gives him joy, a reason to get up every day.
If you feel like there’s nothing worthwhile in your life, if you get up and find no reason to be happy it’s because everything goes wrong, but there’s always something to do.
The first thing is to accept this situation, to accept the emptiness and sadness you feel. Accepting is not fighting, but moving forward even with unrest, knowing that this is a passing situation and, as soon as the areas barely recover, joy will return.
It’s important to know how far you want to go. If things go wrong and you try to focus on all this at the same time, you will feel a great need to throw in the towel and give up; is because there will be so much trouble in your thoughts that you won’t know where to start.
It’s like when you have to do a lot of tasks, if you start thinking about how much you have to do, you’ll end up not wanting to do any, you have to go slowly and not let your mind mix so many problems.
Focus only on something you want and want to accomplish. If you want too much at the same time, none of them will get the attention you need and end up trying nothing.
You don’t have to take so many steps at the same time, do many things go wrong? So accept and be aware that human beings are creative and that you can take things back, but little by little.
Think of all the areas that are not correct and listen to your inner voice. Which area would you like to improve in the short term?
Answer these questions with your heart, not for good reason. So you’ll find the answer on how to get your energy back. Can anyone make it a priority to have good friends with whom to enjoy their hobbies, while others may want to meet their other half, etc. ?
Listen to yourself and try to find a reason for joy, once you know where you want to go, you will begin to feel motivated to seek happiness.
If you’re in the victim position, you’ll think there’s nothing worth it, that you can’t achieve anything, forget about that position!You want to do more? If you wish, playing the victim will not help you.
The people who manage to get up after a fall are the ones who believe. We can all, but that’s what we have to move forward and act for.
No one gets anything by breaking the inactivity, so if you’ve already found the reason that will give you joy, start thinking about the actions you’ll have to take to get there. There’s no need to do much, if you are too. unmotivated for this, just take the first step and the rest will come over time.
The biggest problem to initiate an action are the demands that we make ourselves, we want to achieve everything easily and quickly, but if we do not act calmly we will never be able to achieve our goals, in addition, you can practice new activities to fulfill new people Socialization helps a lot in the task of leaving negativity behind.
Doing something is important, but enjoying the way is much more, especially if you are going through a bad time and need to put joy into your life, just by chasing your dream you will realize that you are more motivated.
Enjoy everything around you and learn to appreciate it. One of the things that helps you get out of a state of pessimism and sadness is appreciating and learning the little things again. Many people, because of the myriad problems they face, don’t know how to do it. Evaluate situations and ignore the power this has.
If we were irrational like animals, there would be no room for sadness, the mind would not concentrate on the problems, I would simply appreciate everything around it, as if today was the last.
It’s about letting your mind be calm and enjoying everything around you. There are beautiful things to see on any road, but if you don’t walk, you won’t see its beauty. Keep walking, no matter how you feel. Thus, you will find new beginnings and new joys that will awaken your soul.
Music provides a lot of motivation. Even if you don’t like to listen, play a song live, with positive messages, it will be another grain of sand that will awaken your inner void.
The mind activates when it receives exciting waves, the heart enters the rhythm of the musical notes and I’m sure you’ll be more willing to do things.
