Forgive those who don’t deserve it. Do you value it?

I recently read an article about the main causes of cancer and among them caught my eye one: resentment, according to research, the main problem with resentment is that it usually stays in a certain part of the body, over time a cyst develops there, which can become a tumor and eat the body inside, so there is nothing worse for your health than a repressed anger for many years.

That’s when I realized the need for forgiveness and why it’s so important. It is not easy to forgive those who have betrayed us, mistreated us or done us much harm. What’s the gain of being angry with someone? Not good, just diseases. I once read a fantastic testimony from a writer and never forgot, he said this: “I don’t keep anyone’s anger or resentment because while I’m here ruminating or crying, they go out dancing.

  • Most of the time.
  • The person who offended us does not know or care about what he has done wrong.
  • Lives his life normally.
  • So why am I going to stay here biting my heart and bringing the disease into my life?Is it worth it?.

I realized that I was resentful when I decided to cleanse my life and tried to see if there was dirt and resentment, to my surprise, I met people I had never imagined, even my college professor was there, the poor man is no longer alive. How much fun is it?

You only truly forgive when you are able to desire good and happiness to the person who has offended you. I decided to let go of all the people I had in my heart who once hurt me and wished them the same happiness, the same peace, the same success I wanted in my life. I admit it wasn’t easy, it took me days to make it, but it was worth it!

I took a weight off my shoulders, felt light and much happier

Don’t let anyone take your peace, don’t let anyone destroy your dreams, take away your hopes and above all, don’t stop living a full and happy life for someone, enjoy today and clean your life too and throw away everything that sucks, everything that is not worth it, everything that makes you suffer and give you a new chance!

“It doesn’t matter what they’ve done to you. What matters is what you do with what they did to you. “
