Growing up with adversity

In everyday life, there are times when everything is calm, a quieter-than-normal silence, and that calm is the one that precedes a future event that can lead to absolute disaster if certain measures are not taken or if appropriate actions are not taken. and after the negative event.

Often, the slightest action can trigger them. That is why, first of all, apathy, that attitude of “I don’t care”, or worse, disdain, must be ruled out, because it can become our worst enemy.

  • Let me explain more: the battle is lost when we stop dealing with it.
  • Often said ‘I don’t care’.
  • Not knowing that the slightest action can change the course of things.
  • And with a negative attitude.
  • All inevitably.
  • Leads to disaster.

Having a positive and proactive attitude to life is like building a dam to change the current: no one said it would be easy and certainly more than one wanted to give up when a flood swept through the building, but only persistent dams can create large and imposing dams, which are also useful for the supply of electricity, among others.

It is therefore clear that having a positive attitude can avoid unpleasant situations; but it’s not foolproof. Sometimes negative events somehow?happen, either as a result of the action of others or not. When this happens, you have to be careful and be like a coral, which can withstand the blows of the waves without leaving your post.

This is where a positive attitude will make everything easier to overcome, because if we are negative and listless, there will be an inevitable tendency to focus on the least negative situation that occurs (e. g. breaking a nail), pulling out something small. become a cluster of problems that seem to have no solution of any kind.

The healthiest thing is to carefully analyze the progress made, learn to discern what actions have suffered the consequences, not to look for culprits such as witch-hunt, but to acquire the necessary knowledge to prevent a similar situation from happening again.

It is important to grow with adversity, because sometimes they also help us find our way, as in the case of a young man who was studying a course that he believed was his dreams in college, but a number of situations forced him. to choose what until then had been his second choice. He discovered that this second university year was what really ignited his passion in an indescribable way.

So be like a prey and anticipate adversity. If they happen, be like a coral, firm and fearless for what happens around you, without losing your calm and serenity with the passage of everything.
