If you have thoughts about the future and what can go wrong, with physical sensations like a fast heartbeat, muscle stiffness and a tight jaw, you should wonder what you’re afraid of, it’s an anxiety-related emotion.

With negative thoughts about the past, a feeling of fatigue and heaviness, with the ability to cry and difficulty concentrating, you have to wonder what was lost, it is an emotion related to sadness.

With thoughts that focus on how you or your values have been attacked, and with physical sensations similar to anxiety, a beating heart and pressure on the body, it’s an emotion related to anger.
