The truth is that the culture in which the person was educated has a great influence on how he is, what he thinks and how he feels, is also fundamental to our own vision. There is no “national way of being” but certain traits and values are valued in each country.

Of course, there are also certain personality traits common to all human beings, regardless of their culture. Margaret Mead, an English anthropologist who became famous in the early 1920s, shows that even in the most exotic cultures, there is a separation of tasks and skills by gender. It is obvious that there are generalized customs and customs that permeate the way of being of people who share the same culture, are exposed to the same historical facts that leave a more or less similar mark on the people affected by them.
On the other hand, each nation has a set of values or anti-values, both at the family level and in formal education; however, we must not forget that by political and economic interests stereotypes are built to humiliate every human group. .

To define the way of being it is common for there to be a division based on cultural origin, so well-differentiated groups appear: Anglo-Saxons, Latinos and Orientals, although each group includes a large number of countries, with significant differences between them, some characteristics are common to all.
Anglo-Saxons are said to be characterized mainly by their individualism; are independent, reserved and practical people. They are generally quite competitive and value freedom and autonomy above all.
They appreciate precision, rigor and method. They are considered monotonous, practical and intelligent. Anglo-Saxons have a deeply rooted concept of success and failure and organize their lives around them.
The Oriental cultivates a deep sense of honor, which results in blind obedience to the authorities and a huge demand for itself. In eastern countries, all types of hierarchies are respected and venerated: family, religious and political.
They are disciplined people who, at the same time, excel respect and tolerance towards others, their actions are guided by ethical principles and above all value the ability to work and honesty of the person.
Latinos are extroverts and conversationalists; they are not very attached to the rules and are more likely to enjoy the pleasures of life. They are creative, welcoming, friendly and generous.
Latinos can give up professional success in exchange for a quieter life with friends and family. They have a great sense of humor and like to express what they feel through art. They have a reputation for being the best lovers and are deeply attached to their family. .
