Is it true that we are suffering, that we feel very bad and that it hurts?
Each person, according to their own pattern of values about life, relationships and the world, decides how to behave and how to act, as well as we decide how to think and, of course, this can influence our feelings. Completely unconsciously, we enter a vicious circle, from which we do not know how to get out and where we find more and more suffering and unhappiness.
- When things don’t go as planned.
- They can suffer; when you suffer.
- You can block.
- Paralyze and regret that everything goes wrong.
And so you’ll feel victimized by everything that happens, do you feel convinced that you can’t do anything, that everything is lost, that nothing deserves effort?
And it is this attitude that nourishes the suffering and helplessness of the person. In this way, the situation can last indefinitely, turning it around, deeper and more anxious.
It may be true that things don’t go well, but it’s also true that they can change.
If we keep doing the same thing as usual, the same things are likely to continue to happen as usual.
To stop suffering, do I have to break the vicious cycle where I am, because he’s still suffering?
To stop suffering, do I have to break with the defeatist, desperate and negative thoughts and attitudes that prevent me from moving forward, moving forward and seeking solutions?
To stop suffering, do I have the key, change everything that doesn’t work, look for different and more creative solutions?
To stop suffering, I have to propose, do I have to love and do I have to run?
To stop suffering, do I have to accept the reality I need to live, be an active part of it, propose solutions, look for new outings?
To stop suffering, I have to leave my comfort zone, the familiar, the usual, the comfortable, why does it make me suffer?
To stop suffering, I have to change myself and will it change what happens to me?
To stop suffering, do I have to explore, risk new things, project new ideas, discover a different world?
To stop suffering, I have to overcome laziness, walk even if I don’t have the strength, get up, go out on the street, work hard and get your strength out of where there doesn’t seem to be any more?
Everyone who has stopped suffering knows what I’m talking about, everyone decided to take a new course and discovered that when they stopped suffering, they started living. Dare to stop suffering.
