Learn, grow and keep walking

Each of us has its own unique and different story, but do you live as a victim or are you taking advantage of the past to have a better present and a better future?

We all have a past and a story. We faced difficult and unpleasant experiences, we also had very happy moments, which made us grow and left us incredible memories, some may have a more intense and bumpy history, but we have all suffered and, after all, we have had experiences and knowledge that have led us to where we are now.

  • Although no one has had a life without setbacks.
  • It seems that there are people who have been placed in the role of victim and who cannot see further.
  • I have no doubt that some of these people have experienced very complex situations.
  • Have deep and strongly marked memories.

This does not mean that we should remain motionless in this state of sadness, frustration and other negative feelings, on the contrary, it is important to transcend and learn to see the past from a different and user-friendly perspective. that these past experiences can give us the key to the steps we need to take to get where we want to be.

Sometimes the only difference between those who take advantage of the past to have a bright future and those who remain victims are the questions they ask themselves. Negative questions and phrases will only delve de further into the role of victim. These negative questions and phrases are similar:

Why does this have to happen to me? There’s no point in trying, always right, do I deserve the worst and why always, why would I do that?

If, instead of focusing on these topics or phrases, we focused on more friendly and useful topics, we could find the right way to find the life we want. You can try the following phrases:

What have I learned about myself from this situation? That way, it didn’t work, but I can try to do it another way. It wasn’t for me and that’s why it came out of my life. How can I use this knowledge to approach success?

Sometimes we may think that success is not easy for everyone. Actually, this is not the case; what’s not for everyone is the problem of being a victim and getting stuck in the past. For example, when I was little I suffered from what is now called bullying. Of course, at the time it wasn’t considered so serious, and for many years I was and felt very alone.

One day I realized that this situation shouldn’t be really bad; allowed me to learn to be independent and not get stuck with comments or criticism from others. Today I am an independent professional who lives his life traveling and doing what he loves.
