Our actions, behavior, and behavior have an impact on the wheel of life and come back to us in the form of lessons.
“Everyone has what they deserve. ” We can understand this based on the consequences of our actions.
- And we can believe that this popular phrase when it deserves it is a positive thing.
- But the question arises: what do we deserve? And what life gives us are adverse circumstances.
- Which lead to suffering.
- Change and misfortune.
So everything that happens to us is due to the consequence of our actions?
I daresay “everyone has what they need. “Sometimes we have to see directly the consequence of a “malicious” act.
And on many other occasions, what happens to us has a reason to learn: “Should we learn? And this may be the explanation for so many things that happen in our lives that we’re not going to relate to the past” meaningless, wrong, inappropriate or malicious behavior. So everyone has what they need to learn?
And under this premise, the question we must ask ourselves at any time when life surprises us by adverse circumstances is:
What do I have / can I learn from this?
In this way, we will see life as a SCHOOL, full of lessons and, on each level, a difficulty, an ordeal or a circumstance puts us to the test.
And our challenge is to pass the lesson to move forward, after learning and being prepared for the next lessons that are safe to come.
Then I add that “we are prepared for what we have to live for, we have the capacity and strategies to overcome and grow with it, we just need to learn,” and we call it resilience.
And even if it sounds difficult and difficult, no long as we learn and overcome, we will appreciate and feel satisfied with ourselves and our lives.
Life’s lessons end up being life itself, seen as a school where we can learn, overcome challenges, teach others, learn from what others teach us, raise levels of consciousness, heal and awaken the depths of our being.
And all this adapted to our vital moment, always with the aim of finding the meaning of our life, harmony in our way of life, health, well-being, emotional balance and happiness.
