A lot of people are skeptical about this issue. Being able to control dreams, be aware that you are dreaming and be able to decide what to do in sleep seems unreal in the eyes of those who have always considered dreams like this: dreams.
However, many people are aware that they have already had lucid dreaming; dreaming and, at the same time, being aware that they are within a dream, that what they see and do is not real. As normal as it is, when we realize we’re dreaming, then we wake up. But now comes the real question:
The answer is yes
If we are aware that we dream, we can do many things: learn from discipline or movement, make a car appear, decide to fly. . . Most people who discover lucid dreaming first think about having sex. It’s possible? Yes, of course. We can decide that a person with our ideal physique will appear and we will have relationships, however this presents a high degree of difficulty. Often, the emotion we feel in this situation is so great that we wake up, but anything is possible.
The first thing we have to do is (1) repeat ourselves, before we go to bed, that the next day we will remember what we dreamed of tonight. Soon we’ll start having these memories. (2) What should we do then?Write the dream. Even if we are a little sleepy, as soon as we wake up from our sleep we must write it down to make sure that we do not erase it from our memory forever, so it is convenient to have a notebook and pen by the bed. By repeating these exercises and becoming aware of maintaining lucid dreams, we can (3) doubt the reality of sleep state during sleep.
Then we must pinch ourselves in our dream; If it doesn’t hurt, we’ll know we’re dreaming. We can also try to stick to the corner of an object, like a house; If it is not possible to see the edge accurately and look like a blurry line, we will know that we are dreaming. These methods, especially the second method, are the most effective. When we do, we’ll be in the dream. ( 4) We will be in control and able to do whatever we want: fly, drive, walk, run, all this knowing that it is not real and that there will be no social repercussions.
Mastering dreams takes time, but it’s possible. At first, we’ll wake up with a close call to perform a lucid dream, but eventually we’ll be able to master them.
And when we do, we’ll have opened a door full of possibilities.
