Loving is our superpower

Love is our emotional vitamin, which fills us with vitality and strength for life, so we say that love is our superpower, because it improves our growth and our ability to walk straight in life.

Who has never felt passionate and capable of anything?Who, after receiving a hug, hasn’t worn the bar of his life more easily than before?Who has never had to say, I like you and I trust you?Or listen to you, to pursue their projects?

  • We must love him and we must be loved; it’s a fundamental thing for us.
  • We are not talking about having a romantic relationship.
  • But about loving the people around us who mean something to us.
  • Because many times.
  • When we are about to fall.
  • It is affection that sustains us.

“I love you to the point of inviting you to walk on dry leaves one afternoon. I love you to the point of going for a walk, talking about love, while we hit stones. I love you to the point of laughing, drunk” without anything and walking calmly on the streets.

I love you to the point of going with you to the places where I go the most and telling you that this is where I sit and think about you, I love you to the point of hearing your laughter all night. to the point where I never let you go.

I love you as if you loved certain loves, of yesteryear, with the soul and without looking back.

Admiration and affection are sources of strength. The affection, intimacy and deep concern for the well-being of a loved one are part of this emotional background that we have prepared and that gives us so much balance.

According to Maslow, love and relationships are part of our basic needs for belonging and security, so we need them to climb our ever-higher pyramid to achieve recognition, trust, respect, success, spontaneity, etc.

So, to achieve our goals and manage our time, we need the breaks that the people we love bring to our inner clock, because in the end, the ones we love are our north and help us draw the cardinal points we should look at. every moment.

Loving is our superpower at all levels, including the brain, in fact, as we have said on other occasions, analyzing the neurochemical changes that occur in our brain through feelings and emotions is critical.

That is, although we usually talk about the heart as the home of love, we should actually think that this happens in the brain through sensations, emotions, thoughts and behaviors that cause neurochemical changes and new neural connections.

Thus, associations are created that allow the limbic system to process the feelings and emotions that cause us, serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine are created in the nervous system and attract the attention and care of our behaviors.

Being related to others gives us value mainly through the presence of dopamine, while oxytocin and prolactin promote fidelity and permanence with loved ones.

In turn, the unconditionality inherent in love seems to reside in the perioducal gray matter, where the center of excessive pain control is also located, which explains why when we love someone very much we need no more reward than the affection they give us.

In short, our love for others is largely responsible for our strength at all levels, so we can say that emotional support comes not only from loved ones, but from being able to do so with our entire brains.

Therefore, making available these benefits of our journey will help us achieve everything we have undertaken, because walking alongside love is always a guarantee of success and well-being, because loving is our greatest superpower.
