Motivation is a controversial label and can be considered unreal and naive, but what is motivation?Besides the labels, what does that mean? As the word says, motivation is an incentive; is to find reasons to act in a certain way.

  • When we smile at our children it is so that they feel loved.
  • When we go out with our friends is to have fun.
  • That is the reason that gives us strength and energy to continue studying even with all the tiredness.
  • To leave home to exercise.
  • In spite of everything.
  • Watching our favorite TV show.
  • To smile at our kids.
  • Despite the grueling day we had.
  • And decide to go out at night despite the urge to go to bed and sleep.

Motivation gives us a reason. Without a reason why things don’t happen, we can’t make any effort to take ourselves beyond our current limits; there’s no reason to leave our comfort zone and try new things.

No one needs to be motivated to do something very easy; The goal is achieved effortlessly, if the path traveled is difficult, frightening, insecure and uncertain, motivation makes all the difference. I don’t know anyone who studies eight hours a day, if they’re not afraid to work hard and graduate, or get up at six in the morning to go to the gym, with no intention of being fit or smiling at children, otherwise they want to please them.

Being fit makes me feel good about myself, because my body is my temple, or because my goal is to lose weight. My kids have nothing to do with my problems, my job or my mood. Going to college is important to expand my knowledge.

To have reasons and reasons to achieve the goals is to move forward, to get to where we want to be, we don’t need to ask anyone for this key, nor do we have to wait for it to magically reach us. in our minds and we can access it whenever and wherever we want, we just need one question to access this key: why am I going to do it or am I doing it??

My goal is not to say that everything will be fine, but to help them figure out why they’re doing what they’re doing. That’s very important; many people follow a path without knowing what and why they act in a certain way.

They have lost contact with themselves and will inevitably run out of power along the way. It’s very exhausting to do things for no purpose or reason.

How many people do what they love?

How many people have reasons that give them strength and reason to keep trying?

What about people who have no purpose or reason to support them?

Do you think they can make a difference at work, in relationships and in life itself?

Will they excel at anything?

Will they go beyond their own limits?

Chances are they won’t be able to move. Motivated people succeed personally, perform the impossible or forgotten desires for years; they have reasons and reasons to make their dreams come true.
