Overcoming challenges

Today’s world is very competitive, individualistic, selfish, people think of themselves alone, are busy solving their problems, getting into social media, few people get together with friends to chat, and those who mostly stay on mobile phones without paying attention to their surroundings.

This way of life has created many sick, anxious, depressed, concerned people who, despite many economic resources, knowledge and that everything seems to be good, cannot be happy, do not enjoy what they have.

  • The greatest villain is depression.
  • In its various forms and nuances.
  • Which generates discouragement.
  • Despair.
  • Despair and demotion to live.
  • Affects children.
  • Adolescents.
  • Adults and the elderly; rich.
  • Poor.
  • Wise and lay.
  • Everyone can face this evil at some point in their lives.

Whether after a great loss, or not knowing why, problems that gradually piled up, this gradually came to an end, so you find yourseding (even with reasons to be happy, you have money, you have family, you have friends) you feel a void in your soul, life seems meaningless.

It is also painful to perceive the misunderstanding of others, to feel that people do not understand what is going on, many judge, criticize, say raise their heads and move on, say that you have no right to be so, they accuse you of ingratitude, lack of faith, laziness, etc.

In many cases, the physical body also suffers, it is a pain in the chest, in the head, in the shoulders, it seems that the weight of the world is on you, and you feel that it is a burden to others. it haunts you, you feel responsible for everything that happens around you.

Right now, many think the solution is to die, it seems that only death will take away this pain, that the problems around will end if their life ends, some people even plan this death and, unfortunately, many succeed, leaving a trail. of sadness and pain.

Death is not the solution, no one wants to die, what we want is to end suffering, so death seems to be the best result, but it is not! There are other ways to deal with the problem, there is a treatment, in which people close to you will not suffer too much, which would happen if you committed suicide.

But the good news is that there is a way out, that not everything is lost, there is a way to start over, if it were possible to get into this situation, so would it. This can be a longer process for some for others, however, it is always possible to change!

Exercise your faith, seek the help of a professional in the field. Not only do you suffer, there are many people willing to support you, lend your shoulder to cry, available to listen to you, welcome your pain and help you out.

I know how difficult it is in your current situation to believe in something better, but I come to say that it is possible. Win daily challenges, fight day by day, don’t give in to despair, but trust that things will change, and with the right help, you will!
