Overcoming frustration

Frustration appears in our lives when we don’t realize our projects, dreams, and desires. The longer the wait, the greater the frustration.

At some point in our lives, we’ll experience some kind of frustration. She is an unwanted travel companion; doesn’t allow you to dream or imagine new projects. We feel helpless, stranded, with low self-esteem, complex, without illusions and without motivation.

  • Many people advise us to read self-help books or act as if we have already achieved a certain goal: to design.
  • Think about.
  • Plan.
  • Think and dream them.

Frustration usually makes this screening exercise difficult. When we are frustrated, fear appears. And if I fail again. Is it better to try?

When we manage to get rid of this feeling, we return to desire, project and continuation of our dreams. But until then, we have a long way to go.

If we are frustrated, with negative and defeatist feelings, we do not believe in our dreams. The way forward is acceptance.

What if I can’t live without it?Are there other ways to find happiness?

To accept is to be able to live life intensely and fully, looking for new ways to realize our dreams, often different paths lead us to the same destination.

In many cases what bothers us is our anxiety and impatience, exaggeration generates frustration because things don’t always happen in time and in the expected or desired way, this can delay or block our goals

When we accept reality, frustration disappears, we can find new ways to be happy.

In this way, with other feelings such as acceptance, understanding and tranquility, we will continue our path to dreams. There is no need to paralyze our lives; the roads intertwine and life often brings us great surprises; Good and unexpected things can happen to us, even if they’re not exactly what we dream of.

Accept life and be happy. Recognize that things don’t happen when and how we want them. There is no smart model, live life as it presents itself.
