What are my constant patterns of thought? What are my desires, frustrations and fears?
We are constantly concerned about what will happen, always focused on our previous learning models, so that we can manifest ourselves in our current lives, influencing our own perceptions.
- The problem here is: how can I act in the world without imposing these patterns of behavior and thoughts from the past.
- From our farthest childhood?.
It’s simple! Being aware of this situation is the first step towards?Reprogramming the repetitive and repressive thinking we carry on our shoulders for so many years. We must not forget that we have the capacity to create our own reality and there is no reason for that. be the same as your father, mother, grandparents or ancestors. Everyone has their own responsibility in their private world to create and co-create their own destiny, happiness and path.
The rescheduling of the mind has to do with the challenge of understanding that our parents tried to educate us according to what they thought, felt and lived in life, in their own experience, according to their own frustrations, desires, limitations, disappointments. Etc.
From now on, it is up to us, each of us, to be responsible for our actions, behaviors, and thoughts; each of these attitudes, in turn, will have a great influence on our own destiny.
Mental habits do not go away until they are replaced by new ones, which are constantly repeated until they can be reordered, without consuming much strength and attention.
Probably good health and a good and enriching knowledge of the world will allow our perception to follow new paths, challenging new angles and curves; even if they scare us, precisely because they are unknown. Fear and facing it, after all, is just a matter of bravery.
