Silence brings all the answers

Every night, I take a few steps before I go to bed and wake up: prayers, meditations? The goal is to sleep and wake up with positivity and gratitude. And it really works. I have read studies that reveal the importance of minutes before bedtime, as our minds continue to work during this time, and the importance of what we do when we wake up, which determines what our day will be like.

If before you go to bed, for example, you think about work, you try to solve problems, ruminate disagreements, your sleep will take a while, and when that happens, it will be exhausting and with great chances of nightmares. Before? But if we exchange these negative thoughts for happy and positive thoughts, our body is more relaxed, our minds are calmer and sleep is more relaxing.

  • When we wake up and feel that we are not getting enough sleep.
  • We are in a bad mood.
  • We tend.
  • For example.
  • To hit with our finger in the corner of the dressing table.
  • To spill the milk.
  • To waste time.
  • To fall The Here.
  • But if we wake up from bed without enjoying our laziness.
  • Thank you for the hours of sleep.
  • Take a few minutes to contemplate peace.
  • Silence.
  • Love.
  • Gratitude and determine.
  • Inphasically.
  • That this day is already very good and tends to improve even more.
  • Believe me: your days will be splendid!.

Look: I’m not asking you to go to sleep early, get up early or do things like that, I ask you to dedicate a few minutes of the day and when it becomes a habit and the results begin to appear, the tendency is that you will increase little by little this time. It’s magic! I learned this from a great friend, who introduced me to yoga and Seicho-No-Ie philosophy, and my research and readings on great monks, philosophers, physicists, writers. Keep in mind that one thing they all have in common is the time they spend. themselves to themselves.

I just created it (laughs). But that’s the real truth. Do you hear more about what you talk about, be grateful, value the quality time that passes with yourself, pray, meditate, read?By being loved and cared for by yourself, you will be happier, more productive, more selective and can contribute in the best possible way to society.

Thank you so much for reading!

I’ll see you later.
