The non-technical skills most appreciated by entrepreneurs are: good communication, good organization, teamwork, punctuality, critical thinking, sociability, creativity, good interpersonal communication, adaptability and friendly personality.

However, recruitment officials have complained about the difficulty of finding these attributes among people with higher levels of education. “Either they have one of the two types of skills, or they have the other,” said one interviewee. This reflects a formal education in which the person does not matter much, but only their intellect.

The study also indicated that in some sectors of the economy there were more people with general skills, in particular, these attributes were relatively common in sectors such as marketing, education, health, sports, consulting and tourism.
