I have always said that the cure of these two evils of the human being lies in him, in self-knowledge, in the acceptance of who we are and of our fears and limits, and respect for ourselves leads us to a state of inner peace and freedom. Working our thoughts and energy on a daily basis requires practice, determination and self-discipline, but it is worth curing such diseases.
In the first phase, anxiolytics and antidepressants, or all medications for these types of diseases, can help relieve symptoms, but nothing can cure if internal transformation is not performed. I advise people to use medication if symptoms are not tolerant and disrupt their personal lives, and also to do psychotherapy if they are not lucid at the time or if they feel lost without knowing what to do.
- Behind these episodes and pathologies there are voids.
- Unconscious parts of us that without being stimulated by someone who has the ability to deepen us.
- Wake us up and make us access to those memories.
- Traumas.
- Feelings.
- Etc.
- Can never be brought into the light of consciousness and subsequent and transmuted faces.
There are simple cases, there are more complex cases, but nothing we can cure if we have that will.
As energetic as we are, all thoughts have the gift of polluting or cleansing us, so we must always be alert, aware, and awake to ourselves.
It is often necessary to truly feel what life asks of us, despite pain, discomfort, despair, and always maintain the faith in which everything will happen, all this concentration will enhance our inner strength and healing energy. Our goal here on Earth is simply to evolve and become a better version of ourselves and not stick to goods, people, memories, because everything that leads to attachment one day catches us, and we will be flatless until we realize that it was only our ego that wanted illusory security.
There is no doubt that there is an inner work to be done, calmly and patiently, because changes do not occur overnight, just as the body must work diligently with dedication and training for physical purposes, such as carrying weights, climbing stairs, doing something without too much effort, we also have to work our mind to learn how to manage more filtered and freely the adversities that intersect in our path , whether at work, in the family, in relationships, in any way.
Speaking of experience and awareness of having been on the other side, on the side of anxiety and depression, my theory confirms that the symptoms of these pathologies are the same in all people who suffer from anxiety, and also in those who suffer from it. . depression, but the root of the problem will be different, so always go to the friction of the subject and do not trivialize a case of anxiety or depression and always treat them in the same way, because each person has a life story and this already makes a difference in your treatment, so you will always need to apply a different therapy; without these care, there will never be a cure, but rather a masking of the problem that can cause relapses at another time.
Working self-esteem, teaching the patient to get rid of his beliefs, making him understand that many times it is the ego/thoughts that imprison him, so that he discovers who he really is, to work his qualities, to encourage him to go out. of his comfort zone even in fear, to abandon everything that hurts you and hinders your evolution, to go to the root of the problem, to confront him, to treat him / re-educate him and love him because he is part of the person, and without love there will never be liberation.
We must also remember that life is made up of cycles and that it is important to know how to respect and flow them, because resistance leads us to wear and tear, and finally to our incarceration and depersonalization. We can only control our minds, it is the only power that has been given to us, by accepting our faults and those of the other, realizing that we do not live in a perfect world and therefore we do not have to meet the expectations of others or expect anything. Accepting all that comes is a blessing, living honoring and respecting our essence, our hearts, leads us on the path of liberation and our purpose in life, attracting people who respect us and causes that bring us harmony and well-being.
