There’s been a lot of talk about the nem generation. A young person who doesn’t study or work and doesn’t want to. A generation that doesn’t care about the future because it revels in a placid present that it considers eternal. who left colleges because they needed staff and well-paid for the work that was coming, without thinking that the job they would work on could end.
It was said that this generation had just encountered the walls they were building and whose crisis, unknowingly, was work, like Eve when she bit the block, then the doors of the professional market suddenly closed and the young people returned to universities, almost out of inertia and whatever her vocation.
- It was the same as whether or not they wanted to continue their studies.
- Outside and without experience the professional market no longer wanted their meat.
- A meat for which they previously paid the price of gold.
This is partly how we ended up with the best-prepared generation in history and, although it seems paradoxical, also with which he had the greatest academic failure. We also have a generation of young people who have accepted the difficulties and demands that companies demand. to integrate your model with surprising completeness. So we ended up with bakers with five languages and programming in C or with wannabes with a PhD in quantum physics.
We also have new apprentices, now called fellows, who are the guarantee of survival for many companies, qualified, motivated and very cheap people, who in many cases provide subsidies and prestige to the companies with which they collaborate. We can’t say they work, as “adults” because otherwise we’d have to report them, right?
Of course, there are exceptions. Talking in general is always unfair to them, however, it would be great if there were more exceptions in the form of companies that offer serious, specialized, fairly paid training and with job offers once such training is completed. He had more companies that understand that the passers-by they trust are the future and that invest in them with the inspiration and strength that comes from adopting that vision as their own.
They lied to us and told us that if we were good and worked hard to study, a world of great possibilities would open up for us. You believe this and realize that it is not, that opportunities are for the contracting friend. In that sense, those who spent a lot of time on the street making friends came forward.
I believe that this generation of young people deserves good opportunities, you deserve it because you have accepted the rules of the game with which you must seek a future, because, in general, she is aware that opportunities are scarce and that she was willing to do so. Because he did not blame previous generations for diminishing their hope or judging them harshly and often with misunderstandings.
We are talking about a group of young people who are prepared, but above all a group of young people who are eager and who do not hesitate to go where a small space of light opens up. One morning job, one in the afternoon, one teacher meanwhile and German for free time. We are talking, without a doubt, about the generation that had the most technological means, to which they sold an idea of stability to, for example, form a family, very difficult to achieve.
Therefore, this generation of young people may have many flaws, but not that they are not working or looking for opportunities, nor that they are unwilling to sacrifice their time, friendships or even their romantic relationships to move to another city where there is room for them. Past times may have been better in many ways, but staying there is seeing only part of reality that is not present that we must all live.
