The problem is trying to find the right time for everything we do, plan everything in every detail and set a schedule can give the impression that the person is organized, but we can’t go too far, it can become a mental prison and we feel like we’re just wasting our time.

One of the most well-known and used expressions is “Carpe Diem”. These two words embody a revolution against procrastinated life, the proposed task and freedom embodied in a prison of obligations with invisible iron bars. It is usually translated as “Take advantage of time or your day. “It is also used as an expression to ask to avoid spending time on unnecessary things or as justification for immediate pleasure, without fear of the future.

Many Eastern views on some philosophical issues are completely different from those we have here in the West. This does not mean that our vision is better or worse, but that understanding these differences leads to learning.

Thinkers like Jiddu Krisnamurti have long been questioned for their opinions on the human psyche; a view totally contrary to our ideas. While in Western culture our vision of time focuses on the future and planning, for other cultures, time should not be guided by this dimension.
