The one to deal with your fears

“Is fear this little dark room where negativity is revealed?Michael Pritchard

We tend to let fear, worry and insecurity dominate and define our lives, we allow them to rob us of pleasure, sleep and our dearest illusions, if you want to achieve happiness and fulfill all your dreams, you must be prepared to give a I jump against all your fears

  • The reasons why we prefer to keep playing with insurance and avoid risk are the fear of ridicule.
  • Looking silly.
  • Getting hurt.
  • Being rejected or failing.
  • We have learned to live in fear since childhood.
  • From traumatic experiences or negative messages that we see everywhere.
  • Although fears are not our choice.
  • Only we can deal with them and eliminate them from our lives.

Be friends with your fears. You know what your fears are, let them into your life, dare to put yourself in situations that scare you, take a deep breath, make this leap, only then will you learn to go beyond your limits.

2. Let your positive thoughts dominate you. Thoughts of fear will only attract more fear, so leave them behind. Instead of always waiting for the worst, train your mind to see and expect the best. Make room for the best ideas about the future.

3. Steal time, energy and attention to fear. Consciously focus on how you use these three elements. It’s important to be alert, prepared, and focused on finding solutions that reduce scary situations.

4. Be aware of your victories. Fear feeds on the failures and negative ideas that arise from the evil events of our lives, so to face it it is important that you value every victory you have won. We tend to downplay our triumphs, when it must be our tool to face new challenges and persevere.

5. Ask for support for your family and friends. Family and friends are the most reliable sources we have. When you feel like you’re about to be overcome by your fears, ask for help. Of course, others can help you see alternatives and take the necessary risks.

6. Laugh at his fears. Our fears, real or imaginary, feed on our insecurity, but when we mock them and minimize them, we can see them from the right perspective. Making him laugh, we take his power and take it for ourselves; this will make it easier to overcome the challenge.

7. Make a list of the fears you have overcome. Whenever you reach point 1 and overcome a fear, write it down in a list, it will be a reminder of your ability to move forward. Next time you’re facing a scare, check out this list and arm yourself to increase it.
