Time is so ephemeral that this line you just read is over, and the future is what I project thinking about what to write next. The gift?
The past has fled, what you expect hasn’t happened yet, but the present is yours.
- In the past it is important to know our mistakes and successes.
- Thinking about them is fundamental to understanding our present.
Our journey must make sense and knowing where we’re coming from is critical to knowing where we’re going.
Analyzing what we have already done and making comparisons to our present moment helps us create a thread that chronicles our lives.
Without memories, we’d be nobody. Even emotional memory, which is based on feelings and cannot be clearly described, is fundamental to understanding who we are.
The problem is to live constantly anchored in negative memories, we stop at these thoughts as if we could change everything and achieve a different ending What would have happened if ??
Of course, it is important to externalize the discomfort caused by these problems; paralyze our present and our future. The past is the story we tell each other.
If we’re frozen in the past, a good way to solve this problem is to find a psychologist looking for tools to help us analyze how we talk.
The more you think and care about the past, the less you live in the present.
The future is what we design for our lives. Thinking about this is critical to making decisions and planning our next steps.
Our future must have more or less clear meaning and objectives to act in our present.
Planning strategies and setting forward-looking goals motivates us to move forward, even if we don’t see immediate results.
The path to our destination consists of small steps, which encourages us to be constant and persevering to gain a future advantage.
But the future may be a double-edged sword. There are many things in life that we cannot control and try too hard to do that makes us anxious and we always seek explanations in advance.
If we get out of the way in the future, we’ll sail in the waters of what we didn’t anticipate.
We have to plan for the future
The time we live is before our eyes, we can touch it with our hands and change it with our attitudes and decisions.
To live the present is to be here and now, committed to what we can do to live our present moment.
All we are doing now is our current moment, its influence is so powerful that we can change our future with our decisions and bury or make sense of our past.
The present is all the possibilities we have and the ones we choose
To deny the present is to be paralyzed by fear of the future and its imaginary consequences, or immobilized by past experiences.
Everything needs to be analyzed and evaluated, but don’t let your present be influenced by the future and the past.
And how many things have you stopped doing, influenced by memories of the past or fear of the future?
