This inspiring Oriental story tells the story of three good men living with their families in an area where water was scarce. On one occasion, one summer it was so dry that the water started to run out of worries, no one knew what to do.
The three men were good friends and always helped each other, so they found thee one night to think of a solution to this drought and concluded that they had to go to the nearest village, four days away, to buy water.

The villagers themselves suggested coming home at night. The sun was very strong on these summer days, and it was very tiring to walk under its rays and heat. The three men accepted the suggestion and, that same night, began the walk home. They were guided by the stars, the night was very clear.
At dawn, the men decided to sit down and rest for a few hours, as the boiling sun began to rise, and they did so until mid-afternoon, when they resumed their journey, they thought they were already halfway there, so they were delighted to think that their people were welcoming them.
At dawn, however, they realized that they were in a place they had never been before, tried to locate themselves, but failed. They were on a path they were completely unknown about, walking back and forth, but they couldn’t locate themselves and know where they were, the worst thing was that there was no one in sight, they were lost and they didn’t know where to go or how to get out.
The three men were a little desperate and tried to calm down to sort their minds, so they stayed until the sun set, they started walking along the route that seemed the most correct to them, but they were lost and so they spent three days. The supplies were exhausted and the further they went to find their way back, the more they seemed to move away from everything.
As they descended from a mountain, they soon saw that there was a dry tree but from which a fruit hung, but it was a small fruit, and the three ran towards it, they did not know how to share it, it was not. There’s not enough food even for one person. They were in this dilemma when they saw a shepherd approaching with sheep. He was an older man and he looked friendly.
The man greeted them. Seeing them so exhausted he asked them what was going on and they told you, so the old man confessed that he was a magician and that he could help them solve the problem, for that everyone had to find a solution. so the three of them could enjoy the fruit. Only in the face of a correct solution, which honored the friendship of the three, would the magician help them.
According to the story of this inspiring Oriental tale, the first man told the magician, “If you have magical powers, bring more food. “The magician blamed him. No solution should come from magical apparitions. The second man then said, “Grow the fruit so we can eat all three. “The sorcerer also reproached him. Real solutions are not born by changing the external, but internally.
It was then that the third man said, “Make us smaller, and so the fruit will be for all. “The magician was happy. ” When we are in serious trouble, the solution will always be to become smaller, more humble. “
Then the man took two steps and disappeared. The sheep stayed there as a gift for the three men, a heavy rain began to fall and when it finally dissipated, the three friends noticed that they were very close to home.
