There are other people who are not deficient in their way of life, but because of the way they think.

I am one of those rare people who think that wealth does not come true with material good, Rico is the one who invests in respect, the one who practices goodness without looking at whom, millionaires are the ones who rely on the respect and affection of their friends and family, because true abundance is not money, but happiness.

There are people who are certainly not poor because of their way of life, but because of their way of thinking, we all know someone who walks through life with his head held high, displaying the exalted brilliance of his position while serving the world with the patina of In their hearts there is no empathy, in their minds there is no humility or closeness, and most likely they do not know what happiness really is.

  • Thoughts.
  • Values and attitudes are what make up our real skin.
  • Which is seen from the outside and identifies us in daily treatment.
  • Who understand respect highlight and strengthen great bonds.
  • But those who cultivate an inflexible spirit full of resentment.
  • Pick up mistrust.

There are poor people who are very rich in heart and rich people who are very poor with affection (and vice versa). We certainly live in a complex and often chaotic world where we are forced to live together. From there we draw a conclusion: it would be worth investing more effort in this nutrient-devoid inner world to reach a more respectful scenario where we can grow in harmony.

We suggest you think about that

At the last Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, a scene went around the world and touched us all Abbey D?Agostino, an American athlete, and Nikki Hamblin, in New Zealand, shocked the world at one point in the 5,000-meter final and it turned out that the American broke her meniscus and cruciate ligament.

After the accident, the New Zealand athlete might have simply covered the distance to finish the race, but she did not, stopped and decided to help her opponent, Agostino Abbey, in the end the two athletes walked the few meters they traveled. It was left to the end between tears, pain and a lot of emotion. It was an altruistic act full of sportsmanship, kindness and greatness that touched most viewers.

He definitely deserved a gold medal, however, there were those who came to say that the New Zealand athlete should not have stopped, that he should have made up for lost time. It is overwhelming to think that there are spirits who are not able to empathize with such acts, good magic is not just an abstract value. It is an instinctive act that inhabits our brains with a very specific purpose: to ensure the survival of our species.

The scene of Nikki Hamblin helping athlete Abbey D’Agostino shows how an act of kindness gets two people to reach their life goal, not one, but both. Thus, in addition to these evolutionary strategies where only the strongest survive, there are many more acts based on empathy and collaboration than on predation.

In addition to what may seem, the poor of mind and heart is not as abundant as thought, the species survives, the strongest can sometimes be the noblest and evil does not always triumph, most of us remain reactionary to injustice, selfishness and rape. All this shows us why acts like these athletes come into the world so strongly.

It is as if these scenes detoxify our hearts to make us see that goodness, in fact, continues to triumph, and more: it infects us: yet it is important to say that the poor of mind and heart do not always act with malice. What is really going on is that there is a lack of receptivity and empathy, they are hearts unable to see beyond the elegant attic of their lonely world of selfishness, that is something we have to assume. We can’t change them, we can’t convince them, let alone fight them.

It’s about “being and letting it be. ” Because the poor man of spirit, values and affections wastes his life, it is like a strange element that, in the end, in the epilogue of his life, discovers his own loneliness, wrapped in the veil of bitterness, comes to the subtle conclusion that the world is against him. Don’t let anyone appreciate what it is and what you’ve done.

Although, in a way, it is exactly that, goodness always triumphs over indifference and leaves it out. Maybe, and somehow, we’re like those fascinating herds of starlings advancing in life as in a synchronised choreography, as Carl Jung would say. We know that doing good is necessary for our species and, therefore, we continue to be moved by an act of altruism, respect and love.

We continue to believe in the nobility of human beings
