Today, I choose to take care of myself. Today, finally, I choose to be strong and express my desires, imposing walls on what makes me vulnerable and those who take me away from my essence. I am my attitude, I am the garden that grows in me and that I must take care of every day.
When was the last time it was prioritized? I know, it’s not easy, and it doesn’t seem right either. How can we meet our needs if we have family, friends, jobs, and responsibilities?Believe it or not, it’s necessary, and no one is selfish about?Cultivate this garden?interior.
- Today I realized that I had to take care of myself.
- That it was vital to hear this voice that tells me that I deserved time for myself.
- That I needed to resolve my sadness.
- Heal my wounds.
- Make my dreams come true.
- Take care of myself to be good to myself and thus be good to the world.
The truth is that it is curious how, day by day, we stop taking care of ourselves and yet in the eyes of others, sometimes we remain selfish: because we are not home enough, because we do not do what they do. expect from us, because we don’t say what others expect.
Life sometimes seems very complex if we don’t learn to set the right priorities and decide what our time deserves and what it doesn’t. Now, one thing that those around us must also understand is this:
You need time for yourself, we must all take care of this inner world in which to find refuge, strength and security, only when we reach this inner happiness can we give our best to those we love.
You are a garden of colors that fade and fade sometimes, you are strong, it is only now that you have forgotten your essence, your pillars, because your roots now feed on haste, fears, anxieties and perhaps companies that prevent you from being who you really are.
If you choose to take care of yourself, if you decide to take this step inwards, it’s time to free yourself from those outer layers that prevent you from growing, breathing and shining with joy.
But how do you do that? It seems very easy to say, and even advise, “you have to take care of yourself” because in this case it is not about preventing a cold, avoiding back or stomach pains. We’re talking about that existential void that prevents us from being happy, that prevents us from being ourselves. Take note of how you can grow your garden?to regain balance.
To take care of yourself first you must get along, and no one better than you to listen to what you lack, what hurts you and what takes you away from your essence.
Your inner garden wants to grow, but there are aspects of your life that prevent you. First, we need to see if there are aspects of ourselves that put fences, walls or bars on us:
Live with strength, madness and freedom, walk with your essence and free yourself from the chains of those who hold you with a selfish abyss and an emotional void.
Life is a learning experience, it is the experience and enjoyment of the shared knowledge of humanity and nature, find your passion and make your way, let what enlightens you inside direct your daily hope and be a way to feel useful, capable.
Feel free to foster your social relationships; people are an excellent source of knowledge. Grow your inner garden by learning new things every day, enriching yourself to grow, to be freer from mind and soul.
Few things in life are as wonderful as seeing the world with a child’s curiosity and enjoying life with the passion of an adult who feels free, who takes care of himself because he knows that his inner happiness is the strength to do good while being with those around him. You.
