Towards liberation!

There comes a time in life when it is important to leave the closet where everyone has hidden, not because of your gender identity, but as a human being, certainly if we look inside ourselves, we will find an aspect in which to claim daily. Just open the closet door and let this look go to freedom, so we’ll be ourselves.

I speak of coming out of the closet as an act of personal liberation, in which the person affirms and claims the absolute truth that follows, it is an act of acceptance, forgiveness and gratitude for the gift of life and the value of living. an authentic and free life.

Here are some of the most common enclosures

Be a prisoner of the belief that you are inferior and incompetent. Failure or withdrawal, resulting in health problems such as heart disease, insomnia, eating disorders or weight gain. Only you can take charge of the course your life should take.

Believing that you cannot have romantic relationships or achieve what you really want, results in limitation, be it money, dysfunctional relationships, isolation or depression.

Life is full of betrayals. You can be locked in this closet to protect yourself from who you think you are, because you suspect or are afraid of yourself.

This closet is the hardest of all, because you keep the doors very tight, chances are that at some point in the past you have done something that has broken the barriers of good and evil and, perhaps, you feel a great shame. because of what happened; But it’s something you can forget if you decide to forgive yourself.

Arrogance hides a deep sense of inferiority and insecurity that, in turn, hides an arrogant person; in fact, behind all this is a person who suffers, who feels inferior to others.

Personal liberation is freedom, complicity, adjustment and adaptation, it is the freedom to examine each of the thoughts and actions, to find their origin, ideas such as culture and social structures help to make each person what he is, these structures limit what can and cannot be done.

These are structures that increase the desire to tell the truth, to show love and to question authority, when certain authorities feel uncomfortable, so personal liberation allows us to go against the social order, work to transform it, and make decisions that can lead to lifelong consequences.

Is the concept of a well-adapted adult the ideal of normality?, someone capable of operating within the limits of the world, as it is; however, it is not easy to achieve it, nor to change the conditions of our lives. people who dedicate their lives to changing the world cannot be considered suitable people.
