Treat suffering and let it go: this shouldn’t be your life

Everything has an end, celebrity, money, friendships, relationships? And when you don’t have that conviction, or when you’re very attached to these things, they go away and you suffer more than you need to. Suffering is necessary and part of life, but it cannot become your life or care for it.

How many artists have come out of the media and reappeared talking about the wickedness of former colleagues or former employers with hatred and much resentment? How many people lied to receive their calls?15 minutes of fame and when was it discovered or celebrity. Finished, did they start taking medication or get depressed, how many people do we know who prioritized their relationships, who loved themselves more than themselves, and in the end, committed suicide or shut the world down?

  • Osho said.
  • “Accept suffering and cross it.
  • ” Don’t run away.
  • It’s a totally different dimension to work with.
  • Suffering exists.
  • Face it.
  • Get through it.
  • Fear will be there.
  • Accept it.
  • If you tremble.
  • It shakes.
  • Why create an appearance that does not tremble.
  • That it does not fear?If you’re a coward.
  • Accept it too.
  • Everyone is a coward.
  • The people you call brave are only brave on the front line.
  • They are basically as cowardly as anyone.
  • Or even more.
  • Because to hide cowardice.
  • They have created courage around them.
  • And sometimes they act in such a way that everyone thinks they are not cowards.
  • This courage is just a protective shield.

Accept it, suffer all that you have to suffer, learn from it and move on; or hold on to suffering and let it become you, bitter, depressed, vindictive, sad, closed to the world Which of the two alternatives do you prefer? What person do you want to be: the mature and happy or immature, sad and vengeful person?

Don’t transfer guilt to others, don’t say things about others you wouldn’t like them to say about you, try to analyze in depth the suffering and you’re sure to understand why, live this and what can be good. If the celebrity ran out, analyze what it was based on and whether that’s really what you wanted. If the money runs out, think about how it came out, how you earned it, how you spent it. If a friendship is over, see what it was based on, if true, what was lost. The same goes for “loving” relationships.

Abandon addiction to blame others. Look inwards, not outwards. It all comes from the inside and the way we handle what comes from outside. Improve yourself, especially by yourself, and the world around you will automatically improve and change. As I’ve said a few times, most people can’t do it alone, so look for help: a friend, books, therapy, religion, yoga, no matter what you choose. What matters is feeling better to be human and improving the world around you.

Finally, another excerpt from Osho’s speech: “Don’t worry about society and its norms, and its condemnation. No one will judge you here. Don’t judge others or be disturbed by the judgment of others.

You’re unique. You’ve never existed before and you’ll never exist again. You’re beautiful. Accept that. And whatever happens, let it go and go through. Soon, suffering will be a learning experience. And then you’ll be creative, fear will give you courage. Anger will be born of compassion, from the understanding of hate love will be born for you, but this does not happen in a conflict with these emotions, but in the experience made with the alert conscience, accept everything that comes and be in the experience. ?

I sincerely hope that you will find yourself, and with your inner being, discover happiness, I want you to be able to see the world from the best possible angle and stop judging people or blaming them for everything. with us what we allow them to do.
