In many shamanic societies, if you approach a doctor complaining of love, indifference to life, discouragement, or depression, he or she will ask you some of the following questions:
When did you stop singing, when did you stop being lulled by stories and stories, when did you stop feeling the taste and comfort of loneliness?
- These questions may seem simple.
- But the rhythm of our body and the bodily postures that make up our attitude and our ability to imagine other realities have a powerful healing effect.
Sometimes, lost in a constant mental vibration, we forget to listen to our inner wisdom, that which strikes hard, naturally and spontaneously. However, we rarely pay attention to it, and only in the silence of silence can we understand what this wisdom tells us, it is at this point, according to our intention, that life begins to change and that we really become creators.
Then magic is restored and we believe in our potential, self-confidence is born and our inner security develops, the body, with its own language, can speak to us through sickness, but it does so to wake us up. and learns to be stronger than our fear.
By trusting in life and the magic it possesses, we will understand why we are here, we will understand that we have come to dance with every little obstacle, with each of the adversities we face every day.
It is an energetic and contagious dance that we must share with the wind in each breath, dance and live each moment, as we have come here to be moved, moved by a mysterious and magical life.
