We’re instantaneous

We are moments, fleeting moments and a succession of memories, we are travelers in time, in a fraction of the world in which we settle our lives as if they were forever, but the truth is that we are fleeting, we are like footprints. in the sand as the waves come out at all times. However, despite all this, we believe that we are cement.

We strive to live in the history of what hurts us and regret not having what we lack, and we forget to live what we have, we let time slip without thinking that nothing is eternal, nor what we love or what hurts, because we are actually a succession of moments, we are fleeting moments.

  • We want right away.
  • We don’t have room to rest.
  • Everything is fast.
  • Everything happens and nothing is used.
  • In the world of fast food.
  • Fast-paced meetings and schedules full of work commitments.
  • You lose perspective on the value of time.
  • Worrying more about suffering than the pleasure of the simple things in life.

We are fools who do not know how to live the present moment, we prefer to go fast looking at the ground rather than enjoy where we are, we prefer to run to go anywhere than walk and breathe around us. Time passes through our fingers instead of capturing the moment up close to live it without fear.

We want everything fast because there is always something more important, something besides enjoying the present moment, and we forget to enjoy what we have because we are never still enough to realize it. We live locked in the tunnel of time, a darkness. tunnel with only a backlight that prevents us from seeing what is around us and that always blindly pushes us into this uncertain future.

We are moments that we live as if we were eternal, we are moments that we do not know how to enjoy at any time what surrounds us.

On the other hand, when something hurts, are we masochists? Installed in suffering. We immerse ourselves in pain and accept the complaint as if there was nothing in the world but our problems, this pain blinds us and we see that there is no more there.

We slowly immerse ourselves in our wounds and without seeking solutions, our conversations become every monotonous day, as we stop watching what hurts us, we are less instantaneous when we suffer, that is why we are eternal and harmful.

That is why it is better to remember that if we are instantaneous, it is best to live them in fullness and without fear, we choose how we spend our moments. You can say that a glass of water is half full or you can say that it is half empty and that both postures are correct, but the most optimistic way is the one that will make you enjoy life more.

We have to think that everything happens, everything changes and everything can change, we can decide how we live our own situations, good and bad, we can enjoy every moment without letting it escape and we can escape suffering without it stopping us, but accepting both to their rightful extent.

You decide how to spend every moment, how to color each memory and how to accept every moment, live your life and shape your present, you can only choose to enjoy every step of the way or get stuck with your fears and not enjoy every moment.

Only you can prevent that, when your end comes, you want to ask for time to miss what you didn’t do, no one can give more time to the clock, the moments pass, you decide to enjoy it or let it go. Every second counts, live and don’t look back, live or you’ll regret it.
