Behind all this irritation lies some frustration, we get angry because we feel unable to control a situation or a person, that is clear. It is also clear that everyone, absolutely everyone, has times of bad mood from time to time, small temperaments that can be very healthy when they are caused by a reasonable cause.
But what happens when irritation doesn’t stop, when we spend most of our time frowning, with our eyes ajar and looking for a fight?or is there anything else out there?
- The answer is just one: behind frequent irritation.
- There is more than a passing frustration; what’s hidden is a hidden depression.
Sometimes the bad mood is not something of the moment, but it lasts weeks, months or years, sometimes the unusual thing is not that we have these sudden fires in our character, but that we can maintain serenity, irritation becomes our normality. lifestyle. Everything bothers us, we get irritable and losing it is what happens most often.
In this case, irritation is not directed against a particular person or situation, the person simply feels all the time, experiences intolerance, boredom and boredom.
In turn, it is expressed through classical attitudes: shouting, being restless, tense, always having at hand a self-decising or critical commentary, which physically manifests itself in permanent frowns, digestive problems and, most likely, difficulty sleeping properly.
If that’s your case, you’re probably not mad at the world: actually, you’re mad at yourself.
Your reasons for creating internal hostility with who you are certainly have to do with the mental models you unconsciously manage. There are parameters that you have chosen to evaluate, without being very clear why, and that only serve to fail again. There are also unresolved experiences in their past. That’s why you get angry, but you don’t know.
This is not the case to enter and analyze here all the possible reasons why you have decided to become one of your worst enemies, it is deep in your mind, the furthest of your story, but what we can outline is at least one question: why are the reasons that make you angry so valid?
Forget about others, because they will never behave exactly as you wish or think they should behave. The others are just an excuse you used to express your irritation. It is not his failures, nor the economic crisis, nor the war tension in Korea that makes him angry.
You just have an idea? In life and you can’t adapt to it. It makes you feel terrible; not only do you judge yourself harshly, but you blame yourself and torment yourself. Paradoxically, his gigantic ego does not allow him to understand or forgive himself.
Anger is like an inner fire that burns, an element capable of warming or dragging everything in its path, this indefinite anger is also an internal force that has not been able to appropriate, which can be the engine of great actions, but also the embers where the best moments of your life are consumed.
There is a problem that is not solved with yourself, not with others, you have to solve it and you will probably need help with it. What are you waiting for?
