What’s your mess.

They say many of the great geniuses were true masters of disorder. Einstein’s office, or Mark Twain’s office, among others, was a real spider’s nest. Objects everywhere, spilled papers, accumulated waste?

However, being disorganized doesn’t make anyone a genius. Just like being too organized doesn’t make someone a better person. Extremes are never good when it comes to human reality.

  • In today’s world.
  • Time has become scarce.
  • It is no longer possible to clean the floors until they are not left like a mirror.
  • Nor to keep the four corners of the house shiny.
  • Having someone to take care of household chores is a luxury that few people can afford.
  • And spending time taking care of the house is not easy today.

However, this does not mean that everything has to be upside down, it is possible to maintain an orderly space, nor the need to invest a lot of time, it is about organizing and adopting habits. But why can’t some people do that, what’s behind their compulsive disorder?

In general, clutter in the spaces we inhabit is a sign of disorder in our inner world, remaining saturated with objects means being saturated with ideas and projects without resolution, clutter sends a message of internal confusion, unstructure and lack of definitions. .

In addition, Feng Shui specialists and similar practices ensure that the disorder has different meanings depending on where it accumulates.

Our space doesn’t need to be “a slope. ” In fact, too much concern about disorder subtracts the energy we could invest in more important things, as well as letting ourselves be demanding, dejected and neurotic.

The important thing is to be able to live in pleasant and easy to manage spaces, it is not reasonable to constantly look for things that disappear in the midst of disorder, nor to be depressed simply by looking at the state of our workplace or home.

One of the first causes of the disorder is that you may not have properly categorized objects, so there are many things that don’t have a defined place where they should be, it’s important to analyze the types of objects we have at home or in the office, form categories or groups of objects, and define where to save each group.

Office supplies must have their place, as well as medications, papers, books, notebooks, umbrellas, etc. You may need to set up two or three locations to store the same category of objects, if there is more than one.

The next step is to work your mind to prepare to make room for new things. As long as you keep the things you no longer need, or save them by simply saving them, it will be impossible to move on. Get rid of everything that’s no longer needed. What you didn’t use the year before, you have to give it or throw it away.

Convince yourself that cleaning your house is also cleaning your mind, purifying the environment, cleaning your life, decide to take it to a new level and get rid of the objects that make up an environment in which there is no place for anything new.
