When emotion is expressed, the center hurts

There is no one who is able to look at himself and see the emptiness in himself, because even the emptiness is deep within all of us, we are full of emotions, people, moments, small details that make us every day as people who are.

All these wonderful little things have made us great at some point in our lives, including absences: because I know people who live in abundance of absences and even this seems to be full, what happens is that we are also full of emotions that make us suffer and when they do not express themselves, the heart does not advance.

  • If there is one thing that sets us apart from other animals is the ability to speak.
  • The word.
  • Besides being our most distinctive expression tool.
  • Is sometimes the best remedy we can have for our interior.
  • Talking is naming what you feel.

In that sense, one of the things that will always make us feel better is to thank him for the opportunity that gives us the ability to speak, so that we can show what hurts him, let him out and get him out. Expressing what we feel is a way to free ourselves.

The expression of our feelings is the departure of all that does not leave the heart happy.

“I want to cry because I feel like it, as the boys cry on the last bench, because I’m not a man, I’m not a poet, I’m not a leaf, but a wounded doll that beats things on the other side. “

? Federico GarcĂa Lorca-

The moments when life closes the doors, even ourselves, make us lose the reins of who we are, the only way to take the reins is to be heard, to shout if necessary.

We are clear that we cry, give ourselves and even hate each other, as if we were to blame for being blocked and as if there is something more powerful than us, forces us to shut up and stay in jail: we do not know how to define with certainty, but it is there.

Because what I meant by the title is that when the pain is not expressed, it hurts the heart, it hurts because everything stays inside, as if we had pins in our hand and every time we touch each other, we stick.

“And in the middle of a winter, I finally knew there was an invincible summer in me.

? Albert Camus-

However, we don’t realize that we have in us an ‘invincible summer’, an ‘I can’ who can do anything. What we forget is that a person’s heart needs to come out from time to time, needs the windows to be cured, cured, cared for and dressed.

When we let the heart not close and open to others and the world, it is normal that we feel relief and progressive satisfaction, we will experience a feeling so pleasant that, on the next occasions, we will try to act on the same path.

As you start moving forward, little by little, you’ll see a smile appear on your face. That smile cost horrors; but now you know better than anyone. It took tears, suffering and a lot of personal effort to get there.

“And perhaps, if the smile comes from the depths, you can simply cry, endlessly, without despair, without calling to death, or without feeling empty. Cry crying. Then your smile, if it still exists, will become a rainbow.

? Mario Benedetti?

We let the dark colors go out of our interior and, when that happens, we see a rainbow again. Same thing when it rains, because it has to rain to see the sky at its best.

In other words, the most difficult smile to express is that of the soul, because if it is not expressed, there will be something in us that will not let us be all our essence, when you do this, you discover that you must love yourself and that the world is there to be appreciated, without limits and with storms.
