When it’s complicated for our position in the world

Days pass and we feel that we do not go back anywhere, we wake up with the feeling of an emotional vacuum that we drag for the rest of the day, one way or another it seems impossible to find our place in the world. Pretty much every place we go seems strange. It seems that our friends are the only ones who can sometimes bring us some comfort, however, this feeling is not maintained either, because sometimes we also feel that they are strangers What happens to us?

Nothing and no one is happy. We wander from place to place in a monotony that drowns us and plunges us into an ocean of doubts and uncertainties. We don’t really understand what’s happening to us or what’s happening to us in the world. We look at our existential horizon and find no sign of meaning for our existence. What can we do? Despair floods our bodies, from head to toe, causing our hair to bing, breathing is laborious and our mood worsens to the psychic underworld.

  • Nowhere is it right for us.
  • Every job we get becomes suffering.
  • The body.
  • And even the soul.
  • Weigh.
  • We can see existence as a heavy burden on the back.
  • We think about the world.
  • How it works and we realize it’s not for everyone.
  • Pessimism invades us.
  • It seems to come from another place where we feel like we were born at the wrong time Where do I fit into all this? What’s my place in the world.
  • We usually wonder.

The task of feeling comfortable in a given context is increasingly complicated for us. However, for some reason, which we don’t know in principle, there are some magical places, where everything seems to go. What kind of places are these? Everyone has their own. Some people feel comfortable in religious temples. Others in large gardens and forests. The sea is another refuge that provokes a great sense of connection with the world.

If we take a moment to think about what happens to our feeling of helplessness, we can get good answers, because on many occasions the environment around us conditions us in such a way that it establishes the ways in which our lives must unfold. We accept this path as our choice and try to stay on it. We can succeed professionally and financially, but not emotionally. Then, despite the apparent success, we feel lost.

In many cases we accept the life that others expect from us and follow these paths without giving it importance, we do not even question other possible objectives, so it is time to ask ourselves if we are living a life that we do not want or that others expect from us.

“Rejoice that every place is here and every moment is now. ” – Bouddha-

The venerable Buddhist nun Damcho claims that before taking this step and taking refuge in Buddhism, she was a successful journalist who had everything to succeed, however, despite everything, he was not happy, something was wrong, so she decided to leave her life she devoted herself to the media and became a Buddhist nun. Since then, her dedication to others has made her extremely happy.

Lama Rinchen, a Buddhist meditation teacher, has a similar story: He is a successful businessman who once decided to leave the company and sell natural fruit juices in a small shop in a city. How far do we force our lives to go in an unhappy way? Are we really happy with what we are doing, not to mention the success? We have to question ourselves inside and analyze what really fulfills us.

Buddhism postulates that the inner emptiness we feel when we do not find our place in the world is due to disconnection with our true Buddha nature. But what is Buddhist nature? The answer is simple: it is the state of being last, a state in which we remain in love and happy.

To this end, the secret is to end the conditioning that causes our suffering and thus achieve happiness, so when we are able to get rid of mental afflictions, we will increase the chances of being happy in all circumstances.

Thus, our place in the world does not depend on where we are, but on our mood, a state of mind of peace, harmony, serenity and love, so no place will seem as hostile or uncomfortable as before. a true fulness that will bring us a state of harmony wherever we are.

“If you’re not happy here and now, you never will be. “- Taisen Deshimaru-
