Dear Life:
When I say nothing can get worse, it’s just an affirmation, not a challenge. You have a great ability to complicate my existence, you recognize it.
- Anyway.
- Thank you.
- Your hardness has taught me not to capitulate.
- Thanks to you I have been able to show how strong I am.
- I would never have learned as much as in adversity.
- The more it hurt.
- The scarer I was.
- The weaker I thought I was.
- The stronger I got?.
There seem to be times when everything turns and rebels against you, breaks you down and there’s something that screams helplessness in you, since then it’s hard to recover when it’s the world that has let you down, when you’re alone or when you think nothing can be worse.
Then you start nesting in your power of acceptance and change, your well-being is in you and it depends only on a love that offers no resistance, self-love, you know that there is no point in continuing to pressure you and that life is worth it, with its pros and cons.
And finally, you honor yourself. Because you know that defeat is the key to success, that the power of helplessness has not doubled you, and that if your mind has resisted it, you can handle everything in front of you.
Once, two frogs fell into a bowl of cream and felt them flowing, it was difficult to swim or float for a long time in this mass as thick as quicksand.
At first, the two beat the cream to try to get to the edge of the container and could only end up in the same place, and sink, it became increasingly difficult to surface and breathe, one of them said aloud:
? I can’t take it anymore. It’s impossible to get out and, since I’m going to die, I don’t see why prolong this pain. There’s no point in dying exhausted from unnecessary efforts.
That said, she stopped swimming and sank quickly, being literally swallowed by the thick white liquid. The other frog, more resilient, or perhaps more stubborn, says to itself:
? It is very difficult to move forward on this issue, but I will keep trying to see if I can find the right path, I will not give up, I will fight until my last breath, as long as it takes and I can bear.
And he kept swimming in the same place, without advancing an inch. Hours and hours. And all of a sudden, beating and shaking, shaking and swimming, the cream turned to butter.
The frog, surprised, jumped and skated to the edge of the container; from there he jumped cheerfully home.
We must never give up. There is always a way out, although it seems impossible and we are not in a position to consider such a outcome, in fact, adverse situations generally surprise us by their ability to make us look at the situation from different angles.
Don’t give up, there’s still time to reach out and start over, accept your shadows, bury your fears, resume your flight.
Don’t give up because that’s life, continue the journey, chase dreams, unlock time, run through the rubble and discover the sky.
Don’t give up, don’t give up, even if the cold burns, even if fear bites, even if the sun hides and the wind stops, there is still fire in your soul, there is still life in your dreams.
Because life is yours and you too are desire, because you loved it and because I love you, because there is wine and love, that is certain, because there are no wounds that time does not heal.
Open the doors, remove the locks, leave the walls that protected you, live life and accept the challenge, bring out a smile, repeat a song, lower your guard and extend your hands, free your wings and try again, celebrate life and go back to heaven.
Because every day is a new beginning, because it is the time and the best moment, because you are not alone, because I love you.

Be strong! It doesn’t matter what situation you’re going through. Everything happens, nothing is permanent, everything is temporary. There’s no evil that lasts a hundred years, your life will get better. Don’t get depressed, because you do your days the way they are.
Long live them! Smile, overcome your fears. Cry if necessary, get rid of what’s stuck in your chest But never fall, because in life there’s no burden so heavy that we can’t get over it
